You know, sometimes....well, I say sometimes. Quite a lot of the time,

I do wonder whether or not I have made a decent fist of it all, you know?

I mean...every time's a first time, I guess is maybe is a compassionate view?

None of us have lived our lives before, so we all understand them in hindsight and we exercise as much understanding as we have at the time to make decisions as best we can.

You know I think grand ideas that simply and neatly make sense of this life we live area flawed.

Of course they're flawed. they're incomplete..they reduce complexity to

less than what it is.

Is it possible to live simply in the light of all that?

It's certainly not possible to create a flawless management plan and a seamless story

Only it's possible to create one but, you know, it lacks truthfulness, it lacks authenticity, and maybe limits our engagement with the present.
