French songwriter, guitarist and performer Yves Jamait was born in Dijon
(Côte-d'Or) on October 28, 1961. An apprentice cook, he held a number of jobs
while practicing the guitar and writing his first songs. In 1998, at the age of
37, he decided to devote himself to music and formed the group De Verre en Vers,
which performed in concert and released a homonymous album in 2003, credited to
