Yanis began rapping in 2008. Originally from Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône (Val-d'Oise),
Yanis was inspired by artists such as Passy, Booba and 50 Cent. Despite nearly a
tenth of a million views on the Internet, the title track "Banlieue Boss" in
2012 wasn't enough to get his career off the ground. Yanis is enterprising, and
opens the Etihad chicha in Pierrelaye. This festive venue is the biggest in its
