Tunde Adebimpe
A musician and multimedia artist, Tunde Adebimpe is best known as the lead
singer of the group TV on the Radio. Born Babatunde Omoroga Adebimpe to Nigerian
parents in St. Louis, Missouri, on February 25, 1975, he met
multi-instrumentalists David Sitek and Kyp Malone, with whom he formed the indie
rock band TV on the Radio in 2001. Although the band took a long break after
releasing five experimental albums between 2004 and 2014, Adebimpe didn't wait
for this opportunity to initiate his own musical projects. He has collaborated
