Tuerie, whose real name is Paul Nnazé, is a French rapper born in Yaoundé, Cameroon. His family emigrated to France when he was two, then returned to Cameroon before settling permanently in Boulogne-Billancourt when he was fourteen. He adopted the pseudonym Tuerie, inspired by an exclamation from the audience during a battle, when a female spectator shouted: "Eh mais c'est une tuerie".
