Tony Succar, born Antonio Guillermo Succar Tayrako on May 18, 1986, in San
Isidro, Lima, Peru, is a renowned percussionist, composer, arranger, and
producer celebrated for his contributions to Latin music. His family moved to
Miami when he was two, where he was immersed in a rich musical tradition,
playing cajón at three and joining his parents’ band as a drummer by 13. After
