Tone Damli

Tone Damli was a big teen star in Norway long before she broke through in the rest of Europe with the hit single Butterflies. She first began singing as a three-year-old in her local choir and says that from that point she never wanted to do anything else but sing. She initially came to fame in Scandinavia as the runner-up on the Norwegian version of TV show Pop Idol in 2005 and although she was beaten in the final by Jorun Stiansen, the public took her to their hearts and she released her debut album Bliss the same year.
