The Judds were one of the most successful country duos of the twentieth century, earning five Grammy Awards and multiple platinum certifications during their first decade together. The group was formed in 1983 by Wynonna Judd and her mother, Naomi Judd, both of whom were natives of Ashland, Kentucky.
