The Dø
With a name that sounds like a musical note, The Dø was predestined for success.
A Franco-Finnish duo founded in 2007 and made up of Dan Levy and Olivia
Merilahti, The Dø enjoyed success right from the start with the
folk-rock-flavored track "On My Shoulders", chosen for an advert and featured on
their debut album, A Mouthful. Three years later, the Paris-based band followed
up with the more psychedelic Both Ways Open Jaws (2011). We have to wait another
three years for their third album, Shake Shook Shaken (2014).
