An American electronic duo with broad, genre-crossing appeal, The Crystal Method
was formed in Las Vegas, Nevada, in 1993. Co-founders Ken Jordan and Scott
Kirkland moved to Los Angeles during the group's infancy and began working as
producers, taking particular influenced from the city's club culture and
thriving rave scene. They started releasing their own material, too, debuting
with 1994's "Now Is the Time" and scoring a genuine hit with their second
