Formed in 1992 in Long Beach, California, by Ricardo Brown a.k.a. Kurupt and
Delmar Arnaud a.k.a. Dat Nigga Daz or Daz Dillinger, the Tha Dogg Pound duo
released their landmark gangsta rap album Dog Food three years later, on Death
Row Records. The two rappers, who were spotted on the soundtrack to the 1993
film Poetic Justice, went on to pursue their respective careers following the
success of the album, which reached number one on the Billboard charts, and the
