Real name Thierry Mengoumou Ayia, Cameroonian rapper Tenor was born on April 11,
1998 in Yaoundé, where he grew up and went to school. He was just 16 when he
launched his musical career with the freestyle "Camerounais". Subsequent tracks,
"Alelouyah" in 2015 and "Do le Dab", confirmed his burgeoning notoriety,
prompting him to abandon his studies and embrace a career as an artist for good.
