Saxophonist, clarinettist and flautist Sylvain Rifflet has distinguished himself
in a variety of jazz-related genres. Born in 1976, he studied at the
Conservatoire Supérieur de Musique de Paris, winning a first prize in jazz in
2002. He has taken part in several groups, including Andy Emler's Mégaoctet,
Fred Pallem's Le Sacre du Tympan, Alban Darche's Le Gros Cube and Rigolus, which
he formed with Thomas de Pourquery and Laurent Bardainne. After the Rockingchair
