Known as the "Queen of Dancehall," Grace Latoya Hamilton (August 6, 1982) is a
Jamaican singer-songwriter and DJ who performs under the name Spice. Born in
Spanish Town, St. Catherine, she began singing at her local church and spent
part of her childhood living with her grandparents in Finsbury Park, London.
Upon her return to Jamaica, she enrolled at the Edna Manley College of the
Visual and Performing Arts to study music and drama. Following her live debut at
