Sexmane
Edward Maximilian Sene was born on 13 October 2000 in the Finnish city of Kuopio
in the Siilinjärvi municipality and launched his rap alter-ego Sexmane in 2018.
He marked his arrival with the self-published debut album Sextape in 2019 and
immediately caught a buzz, cracking the Finnish charts and spawning a hit in the
LP's opening track "Mama." Sexmane—whose father is from Senegal and mother is
Finnish—was later signed to Sony Music in 2021 and dropped the follow-up,
Väärinymmärretty ("Misunderstood"), which received four nominations at the Emma
