Even though she was born in Istanbul in 1998, pop singer Selin Gecit spent most of her life in the United Kingdom. After recording a version of Alexandra Burke's "Hallelujah" with her musician father at the age of 8, Selin began growing a loyal fanbase in Turkey through a wide assortment of cover versions on her video-streaming channel.
