The American electropop singer Margaret "Maggie" Eckford, better known by her stage name Ruelle, was born in Mississippi on November 21, 1985. She released her first two albums For What It's Worth (2010) and Show and Tell (2012) under her birth name Maggie Eckford, only releasing her later albums Madness (2016) and Emerge (2018) as Ruelle. Because some of her songs are placed in TV series such as Grey's Anatomy and commercials such as the Japanese iPad advertisement, she becomes known to a wide audience.
