Rahma Abdulredha Mezher Al-Sibahi, known professionally as Rahma Riad, was born
on 19 January 1987 in Iraq and first gained prominence in the Arab world in 2010
after appearing on the televised talent show Star Academy. After reaching the
show's finale and laying the groundwork for her future career, she made it
official with her first song, "Khlesna", which was recorded in Lebanese Arabic
and released in 2014. She continued to add to her discography, striking gold
with 2018 release "Waed Menni", written by Ramy Al-Aboudi and composed by Ali
