Rachael Lampa (January 8, 1985) is an American contemporary Christian music
artist and record producer. Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, but raised in
Louisville, Colorado, she began singing as a child and won several competitions
before being discovered by A&R and producer Brent Bourgeois at the age of 14.
Following a bidding war between labels, she was finally signed to Word Records
and released her studio debut Live for You in 2000. Driven by the chart-topping
