A Bollywood playback singer, lyricist, and solo artist, Priya Saraiya was born
as "Priya Panchal" in Mumbai, India, on November 19, 1984. She began singing as
a child, receiving an education not only in Hindustani classical music, but in
western music, as well. Mentored by composers Kalyanji Virji Shah and Anandji
Virji Shah, she toured heavily as a young member of the duo's group, Little
Wonders/Little Stars. 2011's F.A.L.T.U. marked her Bollywood debut, with Priya
