Bulgarian singer Poli Guénova, born in Sofia on February 10, 1987, is a
specialist in the Eurovision Song Contest, which she has attempted twice. She
began her career in 1995 with the group Bon-Bon on a children's TV show, and
went on to win several singing competitions in her native country. In 2011, she
narrowly missed out on selection for the Eurovision Song Contest with her song
