Paula Mattos
Paula Mattos is a Brazilian singer and songwriter who has written for some of
the biggest names in the world of Latin pop.
Encouraged by her father, Mattos was writing music and performing in bars from
her early teens. She had a frustrating time trying to break into the music
industry, but she finally got her foot in the door when she was invited to sing
backing vocals for Thaeme & Thiago and performed with them for two years. She
began writing for other musicians, including the likes of Thaeme & Thiago,
Gusttavo Lima, Munhoz & Marian, Luan Santana and Henrique & Juliano.
