Paradis

Paradis is a French electronic music group founded in Paris by Simon Mény and Pierre Rousseau. The duo, who don't really share the same tastes at the outset, nevertheless share a fascination for Larry Heard's Chicago house anthem "Can You Feel It" and a certain form of elegant French chanson from the 1980s. He took the time to imagine a refined sonic aesthetic, somewhere between the tempo of deep house, the electronic pop of New Order and the sensitive disco of Arthur Russell.
