Olga Scheps
Born in Moscow, Russia on January 4, 1986, Olga Scheps is a classical pianist
based in Cologne, Germany. She performs both solo recitals and piano concertos
with an emphasis on Russian composers from the Romanticism era. Inspired by her
father, a pianist and professor, she began playing piano at the age of four. Two
years later, her family moved from Moscow to Germany, where she continued to
study the piano. At the age of 12, she began performing concert recitals and
came to prominence by winning several first prize competitions in 1999 and 2001.
