Nathaniel Hale, who performed as Nate Dogg, was an American singer-songwriter
who first gained attention in a trio named 213 with fellow rappers Snoop Dogg
and Warren G and went on to collaborate with other artists and release three
solo albums. He had several brushes with the law and suffered a stroke in 2007
which left him partially paralysed. He died aged 41 due to complications from
further strokes on 15th March 2011.
