Born in Lybia, Nadia Ali is a singer-songwriter who grew up in New York City and
gained fame initially with a girl group called iiO in 2002 when her song
'Rapture' made the charts in America and the UK. The group had more chart
success but Ali left in 2005 to pursue a solo career. She released her debut
album 'Embers' in 2008 and the first single, 'Crash and Burn', went to number
six on Billboard's Dance Club Songs Chart. The track 'Love Story' (2009) topped
