Born Nachhatar Singh Gill on 15th November 1968, the Punjabi singer-songwriter
cut his teeth singing with his kirtani (a hymn singer at Sikh temple) father as
a child and first rose to fame in the early '00s with his solo song "Dil Ditta
Nahin Si," also releasing notable religious albums Sahib Jinah Diyan Mane (2006)
