Mouse on Mars is an electronic duo from Germany founded in 1993. The duo consists of Jan Stephan Werner and Andi Toma. The sometimes complex song structures can be categorized as intelligent dance music and ambient. Mouse on Mars' music also contains elements of techno, glitch, breakbeat, post-rock and krautrock. Their first releases included the EP Frosch and the album Vulvaland in 1994. Mouse in Mars were particularly productive until the mid-2000s.
