Michael Schenker (born January 10, 1955 in West Germany) was first solo
guitarist with Scorpions, then UFO and then Scorpions again, before forming The
Michael Schenker Group in 1980. An excellent guitarist, over the years Michael
Schenker has surrounded himself with numerous collaborators in an ever-changing
line-up. The Michael Schenker Group (1980) and M.S.G. (1981) launched a career
that was soon buoyed by continued success in Japan in particular(Built to
