Marian Hill
Production artist Jeremy Lloyd and singer Samantha Gongol make up the electronic
synth-pop duo Marian Hill, with the name taken from two characters in the 1957
Meredith Wilson stage musical 'The Music Man' in which they appeared in a school
production. Their single 'Down' attracted massive attention when Apple used it
on a television commercial featuring acrobatic dancer Lil Buck for the wireless
headphones AirBud in 2017. The track went to number ten on Billboard's
Mainstream Top 40 Chart and number 21 on the Hot 100.
Friends since they were growing up just outside Philadelph...
