Lycinaïs Jean is a zouk singer from Guadeloupe, born under the name Lydie
Ciderem. The daughter of a musician, she learned guitar, then drums and piano,
before joining the group Swing 7, where she made her first forays on guitar. It
was through social networks that she became known, for her covers of West Indian
music hits. Released in 2014, her first track "Aimer" was acclaimed as far
afield as mainland France, and Lycinaïs Jean opened for Admiral T at Le Zénith
