Los Pericos
Formed in Argentina in 1986, Los Pericos is a reggae/ska rock band that has
enjoyed massive success throughout South America and internationally. They are
acknowledged as the first reggae rock band in Argentina. Los Pericos released
their first album, El Ritual De La Banana, in 1987. The album achieved triple
Platinum status and became the year’s best-selling album. They released King
Kong, their second album, in 1988, followed by the vinyl release Maxi Anfitreu
(1989). By the time they released their fourth album, Big Yuyo in 1993, they
were invited to play the sixth Reggae Suns...
