Lartiste
Born in Marrakesh, Morocco, on July 4, 1985, Youssef Akdim aka Lartiste borrows
his pseudonym from the role of Tom Sizemore in Michael Mann's film Heat . After
a first EP, "Évasion", self-produced in 2006 and the Rap 1.9 mixtape in 2010,
Lartiste from Bondy (Seine-Saint-Denis) is signed by Hostile Records (EMI) for
his first full-length, logically entitled Lalbum. His collaboration on Rim'K's
"Déconnectés " in summer 2014 was followed by a second album, Fenomeno, released
in March 2015. A year almost to the day, his successor Maestro is released,
featuring contributions from Lefa...
