Born on March 4, 1972, in Cutral Có, Argentina, Raúl Jorge Rojas Bolaños, aka
Jorge Rojas, began singing as a child, performing with the amateur group Los Del
Cerro. But it was with the folk group Los Nocheros, which he joined in August
1993, that he enjoyed his first success. He recorded eleven albums with the
latter, from Con el Alma in 1994 to Vivo in 2005, including Tiempo de Amor in
1996, Ven por Mí in 1997, which featured his first composition, "Como Saber ",
