Jon B is an American singer, songwriter and producer known for his
collaborations with the likes of Babyface and 2Pac.
Born Jonathan David Buck in Providence, Rhode Island on November 11th 1974, Jon
B grew up in Altadena, California, with his music professor father, a mother who
worked as a concert pianist and a brother and sister who grew up to become a
cellist and violinist, respectively.
After graduating high school Jon B quickly got to writing and recording music,
laying down some 40 tracks and shopping them around record labels. He caught the
