Johnny Reid was born in Scotland and moved to Canada at the age of 13 when his
parents emigrated. He made his debut with 'Another Day, Another Dime' in 1997
followed by 'Johnny Reid' in 2000. His breakthrough 2005 album 'Born to Roll'
showcased a winning mix of blue collar country and Celtic styles. It featured
the single 'You Still Own Me' and hit the top 20.
In 2007 he released the album 'Kicking Stones'. He had further success with
'Dance With Me' (2009) and 'A Place Called Love' (2010). His next album was the
radio-friendly 'Fire It Up' in 2012, followed by 'What Love Is A...
