American rapper Isaiah Rashad was born Isaiah Rashad McClain on May 16, 1991 in
Chattanooga, Tennessee. It was in that city’s southern hip-hop scene that he
first came up, and he tool inspiration from southern rap artists like Outkast.
He helped found The House, a loose collective of rappers from the city that
included YGTUT, Brian Brown, Chris P., and others. His 2014 debut EP, Cilvia
Demo, built an audience and such respect within the hip-hop community that it
went to number 9 on the R&B/hip hop chart and number 40 on the main album chart.
His fame rose within the rap community...
