Highasakite
Highasakite is a Norwegian band that mixes atmospheric synths with thundering
percussion and modern production to form a dramatic backdrop for vocalist Ingrid
Håvik. The band began in 2010 when Håvik met drummer Trond Bersu while studying
at the Trondheim Jazz Conservatory. Shortly afterwards they began working on
their debut album 'All That Floats Will Rain,' released on the Riot Factory
record label in 2012. Live shows followed with additional members brought in to
play synths, percussion and brass instruments including the flugabone and tuba.
