Frou Frou is the result of a meeting between singer/keyboardist Imogen Heap and
producer/musician Guy Sigsworth. Sigsworth, renowned for his work on Björk's
Homogenic (1997) and Vespertine (2001) albums and with Madonna, met the singer
while working on her 1998 album I Megaphone. The project quickly evolved in the
minds of the two musicians and, like other duos such as Portishead, moved
towards a downtempo electronic style tinged with drum'n'bass and trip-hop. The
