Eric Khaled Saade (October 29, 1990) is a Swedish singer-songwriter who first
jumped into the spotlight with the boy band What’s Up in the late aughts. Born
and raised in the small village of Kattarp, Eric Saade found his true calling at
a very early age, inspired by the likes of Michael Jackson, Robbie Williams, and
the Backstreet Boys. In 2007, he joined What’s Up after becoming a finalist on
the contest Talangtävling and reached the Swedish Top 40 with the band’s first
