Emmelie de Forest was born in Denmark in 1993. Performing from a young age, she
got her big break at the age of 20 in 2013 when she won the Eurovision Song
Contest with her song 'Only Teardrops'. Her debut album of the same name was
released a week before the competition and earned her a number four position on
the Danish Albums Chart.
