Real name Brice N'Wolé, Ivorian rapper Elow'n was born on December 5, 1990 in
Zokrodépié, in the west of the country. As a child, he discovered music by
spending his vacations with his uncle Boni Gnahoré, a leading figure in Ivorian
music, and went on to study philosophy at university. He rose to fame as a
member of the group Kiff No Beat, formed in 2009, which became a household name
thanks in part to its victory the following year in the televised hip-hop
