Elder Dayán Díaz, born on October 29, 1987, in Fundación, Colombia, is a
celebrated vallenato singer and son of the legendary Diomedes Díaz. Raised in
Bucaramanga, his musical journey began at age 13 when he started performing in
local talent shows, eventually joining Miguel Avendaño’s tropical orchestra and
releasing his first album, Ya Llegó, in 2006. His career gained momentum in 2009
with the album Presente, recorded with accordionist Luis Guillermo De La Hoz,
