Don Moen, born Donald James Moen in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on June 29, 1950, is
a Christian songwriter, musician and performer. He grew up in Two Harbors and
attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a private evangelical
university. After shadowing musician Pastor Terry Law for ten years since the
late 1970s, playing trombone and guitar, he also began writing and arranging his
