Dutch-born playwright, author, composer and performer Dick Annegarn (b. The
Hague, May 5, 1952) has been a French-speaking artist on the bangs since the
early 1970s. Excessively distrustful of show business, he went from periods of
great fame ("Sacré géranium", "Bruxelles") to more confidential moments. But
thanks to his unique, endearing personality and a keen sense of absurd humor, he
has always remained close to the hearts of audiences and his peers, who honored
