Destroy Boys

The feminist punk-rock band Destroy Boys formed in 2015 in Sacramento, California. Guitarist Violet Mayugba — the daughter of Phallucy's Sonny Mayugba and The Skirts' Lynn Mayugba — co-founded the band with vocalist Alexia Roditis as an acoustic project. They debuted their acoustic sound with an EP, Mom Jeans, in late 2015, followed by Grimester — the group's first recording to feature a third member, Ethan Knight — in 2016.
