Created in northern France in 1991, Deep Forest is a pioneer of the new age world fusion movement. Eric Mouquet and Michel Sanchez created a shock wave in 1992 with the album Deep Forest and the single "Sweet Lullaby ". This debut album earned Deep Forest nominations at the Victoires de la Musique, MTV Awards and Grammy Awards in 1993.
