David Walters is a French singer-songwriter, producer, and DJ. He was born in Paris, France, and has roots tracing back to the West Indies of Saint-Kitts and Martinique. David Walters's music is known to blend electronic beats and acoustic folk, influenced by Afro-Caribbean rhythms. He broke into the music scene in 2006 with his debut album Awa, released on the Ya Basta label.
