Daniel Powter is a Canadian singer-songwriter best known for his 2005 hit single Bad Day. It received numerous airplay throughout Europe and US, and thrust Daniel Powter into the mainstream - staying in the UK Top 10 for over thirteen weeks, and named Billboard's 2006 single of the year.
