Born on August 18, 1983, in Nairobi, Kenya, Daniel Adams-Ray later relocated to
Sweden, where he performed with the award-winning hip-hop duo Snook before
launching a chart-topping solo career in 2010. He was raised by wealthy,
multi-cultural parents whose jobs required the family to move frequently during
Adams-Ray's childhood. While attending high school in the suburbs of Stockholm,
Sweden, he met Oskar Linnros, with whom he formed Snook in 2000. The pair's
